  • How to check my order status?

Orders can be checked via “My orders”, “My cart”

  • Is there any additional fee for customs?

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes. You may contact your local customs office for more information.

  • How can I place an order?

  1. Please register for a Lila Marina account
  2. Confirm your personal email
  3. Choose the item, color and click on the item that you wish.
  4. Check out with your debit/credit card, PayPal, etc.
  5. Enjoy your item.
  • How to change billing address?

You can edit the billing address at checkout page, before completing the payment. Other way is contact directly to customer service to help you.

  • Can I change or modify my order?

Only you can change, if you contact customer service directly at 818.633.3835 up to 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, no changes or returns are accepted in any order.

  • Why my order was cancelled and refunded?

We will send you an email notification about order cancellation, it may because:

  1. Your order was canceled automatically within 12 hours due to payment timeout.
  2. We may cancel your order if we didn’t receive the documents using for verifying your payment as mentioned in the previous email.
  3. When items of your order are not available, we may cancel your order if we didn’t receive your replacement request.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

We normally need 1 – 3 days to process an order before shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Estimated to be delivered on 06-13-2021 – 06-14-2021.

US$ 25.00 or Free Shipping depending on the total amount.

  • How can I track my order?

Lila Marina provides two ways for tracking:

  1. Shipping email: It contains your tracking number and tracking link.
  2. Track via “My Order” which also has a “TRACK” button.
  • How can I return items?

You have to contact directly to customer service department at 818.633.3835 and send an email (lilamarinashop@gmail.com) , indicating the reason for return. Just be carefully because in the web shows which item can exchange or not.  Other way Lila Marina doesn’t accept the return.

  • What is your return policy?

Lila Marina accepts returns no more than 72 hours from the item arrived to the destination.

Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: dresses and accessories and some bags. Check the note in each item that you are choosing.

  • How do I update my profile?

Once you register in our website:

  1. Change your password
  2. Edit/Add shipping address
  3. Set up your account

Please remember, we suggest you contact customer service to ask us to delete your email address if you need it. And the, you can create a new account with new email address.

  • How do add a new shipping address to my account?

You have 2 options:

  1. You can go to your account and change the shipping address and update the information.
  2. You can call to customer service department at 818.633.3835 and we can help you.
