3. Shipping Terms We utilize USPS and UPS as our shipping courier. Shipping times for ground shipments take between 1-4 days (First Class Mail) and in UPS 1 – 6 business days (Ground).

UPS 2nd Day Air or,

UPS Next Day Air. Shipping Schedule & Order Cancellations All USPS and UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours depending payment verification and availability. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their orders shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3:00pm EST. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to cancel the order.

Address Corrections & Lost/Stolen Packages All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier’s standard. Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) reserves the right to charge up to $10 for any address correction or forwarding address that is different than the original address on the invoice. Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please choose a shipping service with signature confirmation if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.

4. Return & Exchange Policy: Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are offering you our THREE day Return Policy. We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of returning or exchanging items that you find to be defective ONLY.

Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via email or by phone, within THREE business days after you receive your merchandise. You should provide us with company information, invoice number and reason for return/exchange. We do not accept any claim request for defective merchandise for items that have been used or damaged or for any other reason.

Please note that credits due to out-of-stock items will be credited to your credit card. Credit for returned items will be issued as store credit towards your next online order or in showroom purchase. We will issue a store credit for the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges.

We reply back to all requests for credits, within 2 business days. We provide you with a promotion code to use on your next purchase. NOTE: Our return policy is primarily meant for the rare case of a manufacturer’s defect, i.e., something that is out of the control of both, Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) and the customer. We cannot accept returns because you were unable to sell the items! Also, we will compare any return requests to your customer history to determine the validity of any claim. In some special cases, Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) may refuse a return if it seems that foul play has been used or that an unusual number of claims have been filed for a given customer. This is to protect us against dishonest parties. Here are the details of our policy:

· All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.

· Items that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

· Clearance, closeout, and final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you return the Final Sale items, Lila & Marina LLC., (www.lilamarina.shop) has a right to refuse the returned package at customer’s cost.

· If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.

· Include a copy of your invoice inside your return package. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box. Please make a note on the invoice of what items you are returning, why you are returning them, and what items you would like in exchange. Store credits can be used in store or can be issue as a promo code that can be applied to your next online purchase.

· It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

· Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee.

6. Return Processing Time:

Please allow 7 days for the exchange or return to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Lila & Marina LLC.
